With a growing presence in the industrial and manufacturing sectors, we’re looking to expand our team with passionate professionals who drive results. 🎯 Job Role & Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities for air compressors and industrial equipment in the assigned territory. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable compressor models, capacities, and configurations. Conduct technical discussions, prepare quotations, and follow up for order closure. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business, AMCs, and referrals. Coordinate with the service team for smooth execution and commissioning. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Visit industrial customers (factories, plants, workshops) for product demos and technical discussions. Regularly report sales pipeline, client feedback, and market trends to management. ✅ Candidate Profile: Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Experience: 1–8 years in B2B industrial product sales (air compressors, pumps, HVAC, generators, machine tools, etc.) Strong technical aptitude and understanding of industrial equipment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of independent fieldwork.
