Technical Sales Engineer

Role Overview: As a Technical Sales Engineer (Metal Working Fluids) at Innovative Engineering Products Pvt. Ltd. (IEPPL), you will be responsible for sales of products within a designated market. Your main focus will be to build long-term customer relationships, manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues, and identify and develop sales opportunities. You will work towards understanding customer products and processes to improve their application of Fuchs Lubricants products. Additionally, you will be involved in on-site technical and administrative duties in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with customers" production and technical personnel as well as suppliers to improve processes and application of products - Perform on-site technical and administrative duties in a manufacturing environment, including ordering and recording inventory of chemical products - Acquire, record, and analyze process and usage data, report and interpret results on a daily basis - Maintain tools and utility equipment in a safe and efficient manner - Inspect and perform routine maintenance on equipment and fluid systems with no guidance - Lead meetings, anticipate customer needs, and deliver concise next steps - Implement and follow safety protocols and perform pre-task planning - Collect, analyze, test, interpret, and record machine samples, recommend and complete corrective actions - Inspect, monitor, and maintain coolant filters, washers, paint systems, air handling systems, etc. - Add chemicals to fluid systems as required - Implement reports regarding project and process information or improvements Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Acute attention to detail and ability to follow QA processes and procedures - Organizational, multi-tasking, time management, and project management skills - Advanced knowledge of Excel and strong computer skills - Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and tactics - Strong interpersonal and client service skills - Ability to learn quickly, execute accurately, and collaborate effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Company Details: Innovative Engineering Products Pvt.
