The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical engineering background combined with proven sales experience, capable of driving business growth by providing technically sound solutions to customers. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage sales opportunities in assigned territory. Understand customer requirements, provide technical support, and recommend suitable solutions. Build strong relationships with OEMs, machine builders, distributors, and end-users. Achieve sales targets and grow the customer base in line with company objectives. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers. Coordinate with internal teams (application engineering, customer service, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities. Regularly update CRM with enquiries, leads, and sales activities. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) mandatory. 25 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in linear motion products, bearings, machine tool components, or automation solutions . Strong technical knowledge in mechanical systems and industrial automation. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand complex technical solutions and explain them to customers.
