Key Responsibilities

• Provide 

  technical support and service

   for DISA High Pressure Moulding Lines, Shot Blasting Machines, and Dust Collectors.
• Conduct 

  regular maintenance visits

   to foundries and assess machine performance.
• Recommend and supply 

  wear parts and spare parts

   to minimize downtime.
• Work closely with 

  maintenance and purchase teams

   of foundries across Gujarat.
• Coordinate with 

  DISA Bangalore

   for sourcing and order management.
• Maintain strong relationships with 

  existing installed base customers

   in Gujarat.
• Identify opportunities for 

  upgrades, retrofits, and new requirements

  .
• Maintain 

  documentation of service visits, parts consumption, and customer feedback

  .

Key Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Production Engineering

   or related field.

• 3–8 years of hands-on experience

   in 

  foundry maintenance or service

   with 

  DISA HPML and Shot Blasting Machines

  .
• Must have 

  worked in Gujarat

   for at least 2 years with good 

  market knowledge of foundries

  .
• Strong network with 

  maintenance and purchase departments

   of foundries using DISA equipment.
• Knowledge of 

  spare parts, wear parts, and preventive maintenance

   practices.
• Good communication, customer relationship, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to 

  travel extensively within Gujarat

  .
