Sales Associates

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Understand client travel needs and suggest suitable packages, destinations, and services.
• Prepare and present travel itineraries, quotations, and booking confirmations.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of destinations, airlines, hotels, and travel services.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers and partners for bookings, pricing, and availability.
• Manage post-sales support such as changes, cancellations, and customer queries.

Requirements

• Minimum

  6 months of experience

  in the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of domestic and international travel packages.
• Familiarity with booking tools, GDS, or travel platforms (preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Positive attitude, team player, and customer-centric mindset.
