Our product portfolio includes self-drilling anchors, forepoling systems, and specialized rock support materials used in infrastructure, mining, and hydropower projects across India. Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and technically strong Technical Sales Executive to drive business development and manage client relationships in Delhi, Mumbai and Himachal Pradesh . The ideal candidate will have a background in civil or geotechnical engineering with a passion for field sales and project-based solution selling. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage with contractors, consultants, and project owners involved in tunneling and slope stabilization projects. Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and application support to clients. Understand project BOQs and offer suitable product solutions in coordination with the internal technical team. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and project tenders in the assigned region. Maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. Coordinate logistics and deliveries in collaboration with internal supply chain. Provide market intelligence and competitor feedback to management. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, meetings, and travel through reporting tools or CRM. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field. 13 years of experience in technical sales, project coordination, or site execution (preferably in tunneling or slope stabilization industry). Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Preferred Skills Familiarity with self-drilling anchors, rock bolts, forepoling, or similar systems. Existing network with infrastructure contractors and consultants in India. Hands-on experience in field testing, anchoring solutions, or construction chemicals.
