Role Overview

Technical Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with contractors, consultants, and project owners involved in tunneling and slope stabilization projects.
  
• Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and application support to clients.
  
• Understand project BOQs and offer suitable product solutions in coordination with the internal technical team.
  
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and project tenders in the assigned region.
  
• Maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  
• Coordinate logistics and deliveries in collaboration with internal supply chain.
  
• Provide market intelligence and competitor feedback to management.
  
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, meetings, and travel through reporting tools or CRM.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field.
  
• 13 years of experience in technical sales, project coordination, or site execution (preferably in tunneling or slope stabilization industry).
  
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with self-drilling anchors, rock bolts, forepoling, or similar systems.
  
• Existing network with infrastructure contractors and consultants in India.
  
• Hands-on experience in field testing, anchoring solutions, or construction chemicals.
