Key Responsibilities: Assist with troubleshooting software errors, crashes, and application performance issues. Support remote users via remote desktop tools like AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or RDP. Log and track support tickets in the helpdesk system and follow up with users. Set up new user systems, software environments, and user profiles. Assist with maintaining software inventory and license tracking. Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or system administrators. Follow standard IT procedures and contribute to documentation where necessary. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certification in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 1 year of experience in an IT support or desktop support role (internships or freelance work not acceptable). Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, antivirus software, and common productivity tools.
