• Experience in digital marketing agency or IT services sales is a plus

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and tech-aware Technical Sales Executive who can understand client needs, explain digital solutions clearly, and close deals effectively. This is a consultative sales role, not just cold calling.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Lead Management

• Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn
• Understand client business requirements (website, digital marketing, lead generation)
• Pitch BrandMate Digital’s services professionally
• Conduct follow-ups and close sales deals
• Build long-term client relationships

Technical Understanding

• Basic knowledge of:
• Websites (WordPress / Static / Dynamic)
• Digital Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Lead Funnels)
• Address client queries with confidence and clarity

Reporting & Coordination

• Update lead status and follow-ups in CRM or spreadsheets
• Share daily/weekly sales reports
• Coordinate with the founder and internal team

Required SkillsMust-Have

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Sales mindset with negotiation abilities
• Confidence in client interactions and meetings
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn

Good to Have

• Prior experience in IT services or digital marketing sales
• Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets
• Startup or agency exposure

Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience)
• Attractive Incentives: Commission per closed deal (no cap)
