Technical Sales Engineer

Role and Responsibilities : · Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions · Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects · Responsible closing deals and processing payments · Responsible for customer follow-up · Developing leads and referrals · Create personal marketing / Sales plan · Collect and analyse information and prepare data and sales reports · Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers Requirements: · BE (Automobile, Mechanical, Production)+ MBA ( Marketing/ Business Development and Analysis) will be advantage. · 1-2 yrs experience in Field sales for the domestic market. · Fluency in English , Hindi and Marathi (Mandatory ) · Knowledge of MS Office software or CRM software · Ability to negotiate and understand marketing skills and Sales approach. · Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results · Ability to create and deliver presentations · Fast learner and quick thinker · Passionate about sales · Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Kolhapur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): Qualification - BE Mechanical/ Automobile/ Production (anyone must) Experience: Field sales and Direct Sales: 3 years (Required) Location: Kolhapur, Maharashtra (Required) Expected Start Date: 26/05/2025
