Pay Structure Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (as per experience) Performance Incentive: Based on number of appointments fixed and clients converted. Reporting To Managing Director / Business Development Manager   JOB BRIEF We are a 24-year-old civil engineering consultancy firm specializing in Structural Design, Geo-technical Investigation, Retrofitting and rehabilitation, Ground Improvement, NDT, Survey and PMC services. The Sales Executive will be responsible for converting nurtured / warm leads into confirmed appointments and clients. The role requires strong communication skills, relationship-building ability, and a result-oriented approach to achieve the company’s sales target monthly and yearly.   PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY 1. Contact and follow-up with nurtured/warm leads provided by Marketing Executive. 2. Fix appointments (online/offline) with Architects, Civil Engineers, Developers, and Corporate Clients. 3. Give company presentations, explain services, handle objections, and negotiate. 4. Maintain lead-to-client conversion ratio of 20% or higher. 5. Record all sales activities in CRM / Excel tracker and report daily. 6. Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports. 7. Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business. 8. Provide feedback to Marketing Team for improving lead quality.   EDUCATION Ø Minimum Education: Graduate (Any discipline). Ø Preferred: MBA in Marketing / Business Development (not mandatory). Ø Technical Education: Knowledge of Civil Engineering / Construction Industry preferred (for better client handling).   EXPERIENCE Minimum Experience (HR): 3 years in client-facing roles. Minimum Experience (Sales): 3–5 years in B2B sales, preferably in Construction / Real Estate / Engineering Services.   BEHAVIORAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS 1. Strong communication & presentation skills (English, Hindi, Bengali). 2. Ability to build rapport with Architects, Engineers, Developers. 3. Negotiation & deal-closing skills. 4. Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, LinkedIn. 5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined. 6.
