Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

 Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including prospective clients,

partners, and existing customers.

 Present and demonstrate technical products and solutions tailored to customer needs.

 Identify potential opportunities by analyzing customer requirements and providing the

best solutions.

 Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

 Negotiate and close deals while maintaining profitable pricing and margins.

Technical Responsibilities:

 Collaborate with the technical and development team to understand the product's

technical specifications and translate them into customer-centric solutions.

 Troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring effective communication between the client

and internal teams.

 Support software development efforts, ensuring deliverables align with customer

requirements.

 Conduct on-site or remote product installations, configurations, and testing.

Support and Development Responsibilities:

 Provide post-sales technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

 Coordinate with the development team to customize software solutions as per client

needs.

 Act as the primary point of contact for all technical queries and escalations.

 Document technical processes, customer requirements, and solutions for future

reference.
