About the Job: We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-oriented sales engineer to join our team at Srikka Motors. The candidate will be responsible for selling the company’s product range in the assigned territory. The primary focus should be on inquiry generation, lead follow-ups, marketing activities, conversion of inquiries into orders, and execution. Maintain customer relationships and networking in assigned territory. Responsibilities · To generate leads by cold calling, customer site visits, and curtsey visits/meeting customers. · To convert potential leads/ Enquiry into the business through techno-commercial discussions with the customer. · Coordinate with the back office, financer, Head office, and all coordination related to processing the order till delivery of the machine. · Creation of repo with financer and generating prospects from them. · Regularly visiting influence/existing/competition clients to generate inquiries. · Visit the competition machine and prepare a technical comparison of the competition machine. · Submit daily/ weekly/monthly reports to the reporting authority regularly. Skills Required · Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or any other Discipline) · Experience in a sales engineering role, technical support role, or other customer facing technical role. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. · Demonstrated ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. · Strong understanding of the market, customer engagement technologies. · Ability to travel as needed throughout the region for client meetings, trade shows, and events. · Self-motivated with a proven track record in technical sales and the ability to achieve sales quotas. · Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
