We are a dynamic and growing manufacturing company specializing in EOT and Goliath cranes, proudly serving industries like steel, ports, and heavy engineering. With robust infrastructure and a focus on quality, we’re now looking to expand our market footprint and need a strategic sales leader to make it happen. Key Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end sales, from lead generation to closing deals, especially in industrial segments (steel, ports, infrastructure, etc.). Manage existing client accounts while actively identifying and acquiring new customers. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and expand into untapped markets. Coordinate and lead sales team efforts to ensure consistent growth and client satisfaction. Build strong relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, and procurement heads. Understand technical specifications and tailor solutions to customer needs. Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and industry forums. Prepare and review proposals, commercial offers, and follow-ups with precision and speed. Collaborate with the marketing team to run campaigns and generate qualified leads. Provide detailed sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to management. Desired Candidate Profile: 5–7 years of core sales & marketing experience in the EOT crane industry or material handling equipment sector. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong technical understanding of cranes, hoists, and fabrication standards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset. Experience in using CRM tools and handling B2B sales cycles. Willing to travel across India for client visits and industrial exhibitions. Salary Criteria will be discussed with the Relevant Candidate.
