Technical Safety Consultant - Vadodara

1. Review for HSE Studies such as FHA, QRA, Bow-tie, SIL, F&G Detectors Mapping, HFE, EIA, Noise Study, RAM, etc. and review and implement recommendations in detailed design.

2. Participate in project safety reviews HAZID, HAZOP, BOWTIE, HFE, ALARP, SIL, etc.

3. Review of Protection System Design (including hydraulic calculations for fire water network, preparation of P&IDs, Datasheets of FW Tanks, Pumps, Fire suppression system, etc.)

4. Supervise preparation of F&G system design, Passive Fire Proofing (PFP) and Hazardous Area Classification (HAC)

5. Supervise and provide guidance in the preparation and evaluation of Plot Plans

6. Review contract requirements for project execution, identify Scope of Work and develop Manpower Plan

7. Responsible for management and control of the job executed in the group•Assignment of Sr. Engineer/ Engineer/ Designer and preparation of organization for the project

8. Ensure that all work performed complies fully with all applicable codes, regulations etc., as well as company design standards & client requirements or in other words, design control.

9. Review Inquiry Requisitions, Technical Bid Evaluations and ensure procurement according to project specifications and within budgeted cost.

10. Provide supervision and / or technical direction to engineers & designers assigned to area of work to ensure that the work is completed in the proper manner.

11. Ensure that all the Health, Safety and Environment related requirements, as given in Project Contract documents, are fulfilled during the engineering.

12. Coordinate with other functional departments within task force for implementing HSE related requirements.

13. Resolve all HSE related issues / queries raised during project execution.

14. Report to the Management on overall performance of HSE in the projects

15. Exposure and hands-on experience of various engineering project within middle east Clients like ADNOC, KOC, Saudi Aramco, etc

16. Good knowldge of Client specific and interational standards i.e. NFPA, API, BS, etc.
