Role & responsibilities Project Tracking and Monitoring Track and update project timelines and milestone. Prepare weekly and monthly project progess reports for management review. Monitor plan vs actual timelines and escalate critical deviations. Regularly update and track project status. Cross-functional Coordination Coordination with internal department (purchase, quality, production etc.) Schedule and conduct project review meetings with all stake holders Project Reporting and Dashboard preparation Maintain master sheet for project monitoring with real-time updates Create weekly dashboards using MS office suits for project status Generate visual summaries for management review Prepare for internal/external audits by keeping project documents ready Proto Build and Trial Planning Prepare and monitor prototype build plans in coordination with plant and design teams Ensure availability of parts, manpower, and inspection tools for event trials Capture trials feedback and follow up on trial issue resolution
