Roles and Responsibilities : Ensure General and Preventive Maintenance of Plant Machinery & utilities. To lead for engineering function for entire site including project planning, new project execution and maintenance etc. Preparation of monthly engineering reports and effective monitoring of energy resources for reducing energy cost and monitor the manpower and accurate utilization for completing departmental tasks. Monitoring of budget OPEX & CAPEX both for timely completion & within the agreed budget. Responsible for Calibration, Validation, Qualification Protocol & Reports. Operation & maintenance of HVAC BMS system . To work as per cGMP guidelines and upkeep the HVAC facility and all-time readiness for audit. Implementation of periodical servicing, annual maintenance, and other Engineering related works Should have practical knowledge of electrical-mechanical industrial engineering equipment installation & commissioning, Should be well equipped with Operation & maintenance, process piping, utility equipment & HVAC Installation & commissioning. Execute activities & deliverables and prepare weekly and monthly reports. Execute GEP documentation like qualification, validation, change management, Project management and other quality-related engineering documentation. Lead work area and ensure personal safety and whole execution activity should be performed as per site safety compliance and procedures. Well knowledge of ETP plant and AHU operation. Work in Autocad, and other QMS softwares. To use the problem-solving tools to find out the root cause of any failure and implement the CAPA accordingly. Also has to take care of the operation and maintenance of remaining utilities like Chillers, hot water pumps, cooling towers,air compressors, Boilers, Water systems, ETP, Fire pump house, Electrical systems, safety compliance activities. Knowledge Required 1. 8-15 years of experience in Formulation Pharmaceutical Plant. 2. Minimum of 6-10 years of experience with Electrical & Mechanical installation, calibration, troubleshooting and maintaining process instrumentation up time, HVAC O&M, Area Validation. 3. Computer proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Excel, e-mail and internet functions.

Conduct daily inspections of fire pump rooms, pumps, and associated equipment to identify potential issues. 3. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating pumps, checking oil levels, and replacing filters. 4. Troubleshoot and repair issues with fire pump systems, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components. 5. Conduct weekly and monthly tests of fire pump systems, including flow tests and alarm checks. 6. Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and testing of fire pump systems. 7. Ensure compliance with local regulations, NFPA standards, and company policies. 8. Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure overall facility reliability and safety. 9. Role & responsibilities Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of all fire safety systems (hydrants, sprinklers, alarms, extinguishers) in the plant Conduct regular fire risk assessments and safety audits across manufacturing and utility areas Lead emergency response during fire incidents; coordinate plant evacuation procedures Organize and conduct fire drills, safety training, and awareness programs for plant personnel Maintain up-to-date documentation for fire equipment inspections, drills, and incident reports Ensure compliance with statutory fire safety regulations and support external fire safety audits Work closely with HSE and maintenance teams to address potential fire hazards in production zones Preferred candidate profile Diploma/Degree in Fire & Safety Engineering or equivalent qualification 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in fire safety within a manufacturing/industrial environment Strong knowledge of fire protection systems (hydrant, sprinkler, gas suppression, etc.) Familiarity with national and international fire safety standards (NBC, NFPA, Factory Act, etc.) Experience in handling emergency situations, drills, and evacuation procedures Good communication skills and ability to train plant staff on fire safety protocols Working knowledge of HSE practices and safety compliance documentation Physically fit and able to respond quickly in emergency situations Experience in handling audits and liaising with fire and safety authorities

We are looking for a qualified and experienced MEP Engineer / Fire Fighting Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of fire fighting systems, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and safety standards. Roles & Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the installation of fire protection systems such as sprinklers, hydrants, FM200, CO2, water mist, etc. Review project drawings, technical specifications, and materials for compliance with NFPA and local fire codes. Conduct on-site inspections and ensure quality control throughout the project execution. Oversee and perform system testing, commissioning, and functional performance validation. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues during installation and commissioning phases. Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities (e.g., Civil Defense) for approvals and inspections. Prepare and submit method statements, test reports, and inspection documents. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and safe site practices. Conduct training for clients or end-users on the operation and maintenance of fire fighting systems, if required. Preferred Candidate Profile: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in fire fighting system installation and commissioning. Strong knowledge of NFPA standards, local fire protection regulations, and MEP coordination. Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documents. Practical experience with pressure testing, flow testing, and system integration. Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills. Certifications such as NFPA training or Civil Defense approval will be an added advantage.
