The ideal candidate will have strong domain experience in after-sales service, warranty, workforce management, service operations, and customer engagement. Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to define the Field Service operating model, including service scheduling, dispatch, work order management, spare parts logistics, and asset lifecycle management. Lead functional workshops to capture requirements, define user journeys, and establish service process maps across regions/countries. Develop functional solution designs and ensure alignment with business goals, compliance standards, and system architecture principles. Collaborate closely with product owners, solution architects, and delivery teams to ensure high-quality implementation and user adoption. Define service metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to improve service efficiency, SLA compliance, and customer experience. Drive change management, including training enablement, documentation, and hypercare support during rollouts.
