Job Description Job Title: Technical Recruiter (Technical Resume Evaluation Expert _1 Month of Contractual Oppertunity -Only Immediate Joiners Prefered) Job Overview We seek a detail-oriented and analytical Technical Resume Evaluation Experts to join our team. The successful candidate will assess technical resumes against specific technical job descriptions. This includes evaluating key criteria such as required skills, years of experience, job roles, and educational qualifications/certifications. The role demands strong attention to detail, excellent judgment, and the ability to provide clear, actionable feedback regarding candidate fit. Key Responsibilities Resume Assessment: Review and analyze resumes to determine alignment with the specified job description (JD). Evaluate candidate credentials, including technical skills, years of experience, role suitability, and educational background. Criteria Matching: Compare resume data against job criteria such as required skills, certifications, and other essential qualifications. Utilize standardized evaluation frameworks to ensure consistent judgment across all candidates. Final Judgment and Reporting: Provide a final, well-documented judgment on whether each resume fits the job outlined in the JD. Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing the evaluation results and recommendations. Collaboration: Work closely with the Team Leads and Project Manager for project success Participate in regular feedback sessions to continuously improve the evaluation process. Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards in candidate assessments and adhere to confidentiality and data protection guidelines. Qualifications Required: Bachelors degree in technology or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical talent acquisition, HR, recruitment, or a similar role involving resume screening. Demonstrated experience in evaluating resumes or candidate profiles against detailed job specifications. Preferred: Experience working with HR technology and resume parsing tools. Certifications in HR or talent acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are an advantage. Prior involvement in recruitment process optimization or quality assurance initiatives. Skills & Competencies Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to evaluate data and make sound decisions based on quantitative and qualitative information. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure all candidate profiles meet the jobs specific requirements. Communication: Excellent written communication skills to articulate evaluation results and recommendations effectively. Judgment & Decision-Making: Proven ability to make informed, unbiased decisions and provide clear, reasoned explanations for evaluation outcomes. Other Details Project Duration - one month Shift Timing - 10 AM IST to 6 PM IST Hourly Rate Payment Only immediate joiners Should Have own systen and satble Net connectivity?
