We are looking for domestic Technical Recruiter for our organization who can join immediately to 15 days.
Exp: 1-3 Yrs. ( Contract staffing /C2H hiring for client experience is must )
Location: BTM ,Bangalore (WFO)
Work Mode: 5 Days working (WFO).
Qualification:
*Experience with full-life cycle recruiting and hiring process
*Technical Recruiting experience intoContract Staffing.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with candidates
*Ability to work independently .
*Self-starter, highly motivated and goal-oriented individual
Relevant Skills and Qualifications that would be beneficial for the candidate to possess include:
*Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruiting software
*Strong leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills
*Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sensitivity
*Phenomenal organizational and time management skills
*Experience recruiting within industries such as Information Technology, BFSI, Healthcare.
