We are seeking a dedicated and driven Recruiter to join our HR team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talents. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to final hire, while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:
Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various roles
Job Posting:
Develop job descriptions and post them on various job boards, social media platforms, and internal systems.
Candidate Sourcing:
Use job boards, social media, and networking to proactively find and engage potential candidates.
Screening & Interviews:
Conduct initial phone screens, interview candidates, and assess their qualifications.
Candidate Communication:
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
Onboarding Support:
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

Any Bachelor's degree with Good Communication

Work Environment:

WFO - 5 days
[Hours of operation, e.g., Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM].
