Candidate must have 3 to 7 years of experience in to IT Recruitment.
Analyze project requirements and identify suitable consultants
Conduct market research to identify potential candidates for open positions.
Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
Take responsibility and ownership for the complete delivery.
Understand various technologies involved in the role and how it works.
Responsible for submitting qualified candidate.
Clear understanding of requirements and build pipelines for future sourcing.
Develop sourcing and screening strategies for core skillsets as per the client needs
Understand the matching skills/capabilities/aspirations of the tech talents;
Own-up and build good rapport/relationship with the shortlisted candidates through out the process.
Communication, inter-personal skills, meticulous and result-orientation are the most important attributes for this role;
Should have a solid track record on achieving targets.
