Role & responsibilities Role :Senior Backend Engineer Work mode : Hybrid work location : Chennai Main skills :.Net core , c#, sql, design , slack (Metrics, Skills (sub-components of agents) & Connectors) - 1 Goal : Build core skill functions, entity-level metric systems, and integrations with external platforms (e.g., Slack, Gmail). Required Skills: Proficient in C# / .NET 8 for microservices and modular function design Strong SQL design for metrics tracking (absolute & delta updates) - time-series experience a plus Familiarity with Pinecone embeddings and retrieval Capable of developing connector modules (Slack, email, etc.) Understanding of dependency injection, reflection, and clean separation of concerns Main Deliverables : Metrics engine, skill library, external service integrations, and config-based instruction loaders.
