Technical Recruiter

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team.

The ideal candidate will specialize in recruiting for software development companies,

with a strong focus on staff augmentation and contract hiring. You will be responsible

for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top-tier tech talent for roles across IT

services, SaaS, and software development.

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have:

• 3-4 years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in staff augmentation or

IT services.

• Proven track record of hiring for software development roles (Java, Python, .NET,

React, DevOps, etc.).

• Expertise in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS).

• Strong understanding of technical terminologies and SDLC.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have:

• Experience working with global clients or distributed teams.

• Certifications like AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter Expert, or HR analytics.

• Knowledge of visa/sponsorship processes (e.g., H1B, OPT).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (e.g., Full-Stack Developers,

DevOps Engineers, QA Testers, Cloud Architects, etc.).

• Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand staff augmentation needs and

define job requirements.

• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, Stack

Overflow, and niche job boards.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical

assessments/coding tests.

• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.

• Maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs.

• Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to optimize recruitment processes and reduce

time-to-hire.

• Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging tech skills.

• Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate) and provide regular

reports.
