Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter located in Anand/Vadodara. The Technical Recruiter will manage the full life cycle recruitment process, including identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for technical positions. Day-to-day tasks include developing job descriptions, posting job ads, screening and interviewing candidates, and negotiating job offers. The Technical Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining communication with hiring managers and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Experience in hiring and attracting top talent
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruiting processes simultaneously
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or engineering field
• Prior experience in the IT industry is a plus
