Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT and technical roles.
• Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Support the recruitment team in preparing job descriptions, job postings, and recruitment campaigns.
• Build relationships with potential candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
• Assist in onboarding processes for new hires.
• Stay updated on IT industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate (any discipline; preference for IT/Computer Science graduates).
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with LinkedIn/job portals.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
