Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are hiring a Technical Recruiter with 2-4 years of experience in IT/tech hiring. This role is fully remote and offers a fixed salary plus attractive incentives.
Source and screen candidates for tech roles (Developers, Engineers, Product, etc.)
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience
Maintain talent pipeline and update internal tracking tools

Preferred candidate profile

2-4 years of experience in technology hiring (agency or in-house)
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
