Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities
- Lead the Full Recruitment Process: Craft compelling job descriptions, source and develop strong talent pipelines, promote KeyData Cyber’s employer brand, manage candidate screening, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive offer negotiations.
- Build and Nurture Talent Pipelines: Develop innovative recruitment strategies by forging community and educational partnerships, attending meetups, job fairs, and professional conferences, and utilizing cutting-edge tools to quickly fill open roles.
- Enhance the Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate’s journey is seamless by providing clear interview guidance, maintaining transparent and timely communication, and offering personalized support throughout the process.
- Leverage Advanced Sourcing Tools: Utilize platforms like Greenhouse and LinkedIn to uncover new sourcing opportunities, delivering valuable insights to improve recruitment strategies.
- Ensure ATS Excellence: Maintain organized candidate records, streamline workflows, and prioritize data integrity and operational efficiency in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Recruiting Expertise: 3-4 years of full lifecycle recruiting or technical sourcing experience, with a focus on identifying and engaging niche talent profiles. Experience in cybersecurity or Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a plus!
- Proven Sourcing Skills: Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to attract top-tier candidates.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Action-Oriented and Results-Driven: Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency, ensuring results are delivered in a timely manner.
- Self-Motivated and Independent: Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision, while maintaining high levels of accountability and productivity.
