Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment delivery processes
- Participate in Business Calls for staffing with stakeholders
- Prioritize requirements based on business criticality
- Screen and shortlist profiles
- Conducting requirement reviews with the hiring manager to understand the requirement and exchange status updates.
- Conducting and managing recruitment drives for lateral levels on weekdays and on weekends.
- Follow up with the candidates for their paper formalities and their date of joining etc.
