About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic US IT Recruiters to join our team. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, connecting top talent with leading US IT clients, and contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for US IT positions
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients
• Maintain recruitment databases and candidate pipelines
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements
• Support W2 recruitment processes (for experienced recruiters)

Requirements:

• Fresher:

  0–1 year experience, strong communication skills

• Experienced:

  0.6–1.5 years US IT recruitment experience, W2 experience preferred, knowledge of MSP & VMS is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in night shifts (7 PM – 4 AM IST)
