Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and shortlisted candidates.
  • Manage candidate pipeline by tracking progress, communicating with recruits, and ensuring timely updates on application status.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in technical recruitment or a related field (IT Recruitment).
  • Strong understanding of IT industry trends, technologies, and programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript).
  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
