About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic US IT Recruiters to join our team. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, connecting top talent with leading US IT clients, and contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for US IT positions Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients Maintain recruitment databases and candidate pipelines Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements Support W2 recruitment processes (for experienced recruiters) Requirements: Fresher: 0–1 year experience, strong communication skills Experienced: 0.6–1.5 years US IT recruitment experience, W2 experience preferred, knowledge of MSP & VMS is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in night shifts (7 PM – 4 AM IST) Why Lifelink Healthtech LLC: Employee-focused work environment Mentorship and training programs Opportunities to work with diverse US IT clients Recognition, rewards, and fun culture
