Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, salary discussions, and onboarding.
  • Identify and engage top talent through job portals, internal databases, referrals, networking tools, and mass emails.
  • Assess candidates based on qualifications, experience, technical skills, and job fit.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Effectively communicate with both internal hiring teams and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update a database of contacts, resumes, and recruitment insights.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in
