Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, role objectives, and candidate profiles.
  • Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for technical roles.
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels: job boards, LinkedIn, GitHub, networking events, employee referrals, and more.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, debrief with hiring teams, and facilitate feedback loops.
  • Manage candidate pipelines using ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, etc.).
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in technical hiring.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, diversity metrics).
  • Help drive employer branding initiatives and represent the company at tech events and career fairs.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a tech company or agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and modern software development processes.
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and passive candidate outreach.
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment CRM platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience hiring for roles such as Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Data Scientist, QA Engineer, Product Manager, etc.
  • Technical background or certifications in recruiting or HR (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, AIRS).
  • Experience supporting DEI initiatives in hiring.
