The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruitment, sourcing, and hiring, with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Utilize various recruitment strategies to source and attract top talent

* Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates

* Conduct interviews, assessments, and other evaluation methods to identify the best candidates

* Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand recruitment needs

* Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience

* Collaborate with the recruitment team to share best practices and improve recruitment processes

Requirements:

* 1 + years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and hiring

* Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and techniques

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
