Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Recruiter located in Palam, Dwarka. Opposite metro station Gate no 3 The Technical Recruiter will handle full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and hiring technical candidates. Day-to-day tasks will also involve coordinating the recruitment process, maintaining communication with candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring
• Specialized skills in Technical Recruiting
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in the tech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred
• Experience required 1 to 3 Years
