We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent in India. You will play a critical role in ensuring we hire the best talent to drive our company's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking events) to identify and attract top technical talent.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Offer Management: Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of technical recruiting experience, in the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
