1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles
2. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
3. Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
4. Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit.
5. Facilitate interview scheduling, feedback gathering, and offer negotiations.
6. Maintain and update recruitment dashboards.
7. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
8. Stay updated with hiring practices, and market trends.
9. Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
1. 4-6 years of recruitment experience.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
3. Fluent in English.
4. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
5. Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
