Role Overview:


Technical Recruiter - Career Services


Working in a collaborative and engaging environment, will be responsible for managing a team across multiple locations and working closely with business leaders to influence and deliver high quality hires and great candidate experience through all aspects of recruitment.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Quality candidate search from the rich pool of Hero Vired’s learners based on Job opportunities.
  • Mentoring candidates for job opportunities and tracking application status from Applying till selection
  • JD Posting, Data upkeeping, Reports and Analysis
  • Strong written and verbal English Communication skills
  • 2-4 years of experience as IT Recruiter, preferably in edtech or established recruitment and staffing firm
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications/ Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in hiring for IT roles in Data Science, Cloud, Devops, Software Development, Data Engineer, Data Analyst Etc
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience is required
  • Must have proven track record in high-volume, entry-level recruitment, recruitment systems and market research capabilities
  • Ability to work in ambiguity and constantly changing environment to meet the dynamic needs of the business.
  • Efficient time management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to express innovative thoughts/ideas about recruiting and overall Learners experience
  • Experience in delivering reports and Hiring/Placements dashboards to inform business leaders on the progress of key recruitment initiatives and hiring metrics.
