Technical Recruiter (C2H)

You will be joining a fast-growing business consulting firm that specializes in driving digital transformation and innovation for global clients. As a Technical Recruiter, your role will involve identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to support the company's growth. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to comprehend role requirements, technical skill needs, and team dynamics. - Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical positions such as Software Engineers, Architects, Data Engineers, Cloud Specialists, and Security Engineers. - Implement innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. - Manage the entire recruitment process including job posting, candidate engagement, interviews, negotiation, and offer finalization. - Establish and nurture a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands. - Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback. - Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source mix, quality of hire) to suggest enhancements. - Keep abreast of market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor insights within the technical hiring landscape. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years specifically in technical hiring. - Profound knowledge of technical skills and roles in software development, cloud computing, infrastructure, and data. - Demonstrated success in sourcing and recruiting specialized technical talent. - Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities. - Strong organizational skills to handle multiple priorities effectively. - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.,
