About the Role: We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with a strong consulting background to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a strong focus on Data Engineering technologies . This role requires excellent stakeholder management skills, a deep understanding of the tech hiring landscape, and hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing top-tier Data professionals. Required Skills & Experience: 3 to 5 years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in a consulting environment Proven experience in hiring for Data Engineering and Analytics roles. Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. Good understanding of data-related skill sets and market availability Ability to manage multiple requirements and stakeholders simultaneously Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools.
