Bench Sales Business Development Manager (BDM)

Responsibilities

- Develop new client accounts for IT staffing in the USA.

- Manage the full sales cycle for bench consultants.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Collaborate with the recruitment team to align bench resources with client needs.

- Achieve sales targets and provide regular updates to management.


Qualifications

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Bench Sales within US IT Recruitment.

- Proven track record with Tier-1 Partners and Direct Clients.

- Strong understanding of OPT recruitment and sales processes.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
