Technical Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead our creative and production projects from planning through execution. This role blends technical problem-solving with project management expertise to ensure deadlines are met, budgets are maintained, and content is delivered seamlessly across platforms. You’ll manage workflows, coordinate cross-functional teams, and optimize systems to keep projects running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all active projects
• Archive and recall on the project server.
• Manage software budgets and subscriptions
• Define, enforce, and improve project naming conventions and documentation standards.
• Update task descriptions, establish dependencies, and optimize workflows for efficiency.
• Develop and manage project budgets to ensure alignment with goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the product stack.
• Oversee publishing pipelines for YouTube, RSS platforms, WordPress, and websites.
• Maintain Kanban boards and ensure tasks are tracked accurately.
• Design, implement, and monitor project automations to streamline operations.
• Deliver weekly project reports and insights to Operations leadership.
• Build, manage, and continuously update project dashboards for transparency.
• Lead, coordinate, and motivate a team of creatives and contractors.
• Maintain and evaluate contractor performance with report cards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience publishing with WordPress.
• 2+ years of experience with project management software (Asana or Teamwork).
• 2+ years of experience with professional video editing tools (DaVinci Resolve)
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Kanban, or similar).
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From ₹643.22 per hour
