Job Title: Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of data projects. The ideal candidate will manage data migration and application projects focused on hyperscale cloud environments, overseeing all aspects from design through implementation. This role requires strong expertise in Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, Data Engineering, cloud technologies, and project management methodologies, along with excellent communication and team leadership skills.

• Lead and manage end-to-end data migration and application migration projects to hyperscale cloud platforms.

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of ETL processes ensuring data quality and integrity.

• Manage cross-functional teams including data engineers, architects, and cloud specialists to deliver project goals.

• Drive project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.

• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across technical and business teams.

• Ensure successful migration of data and systems with minimal disruption.

Must Have:

• Proven experience managing technical projects in Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, and Data Engineering.

• Hands-on experience leading projects migrating data and applications to hyperscale cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Strong knowledge of ETL process design, development, and execution.

• Solid understanding of cloud technologies and data migration strategies.

• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and team leadership skills.

• Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Good to Have:

• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).

• Experience with specific cloud data services like AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, or Google BigQuery.

• Knowledge of DevOps, automation, and cloud infrastructure management.

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.

• Exposure to data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.

• Prior experience in large-scale enterprise data migration projects.

• Advanced degrees or technical certifications in cloud or data domains.
