2. Good at Process, project management, team management and customer management
3. Agile with Scrum/Kanban experiences
4. Strong oral and written communication skills
5. Assertive and good interpersonal skills
6. Good at handling troublesome situations
7. Good at guiding the teams on estimations and tough situations
8. Good at handling T&M, FP projects
9. Come with good project experiences at enterprise level developed using Microsoft technologies, design patterns, microservice driven architecture, security and compliances
10. Experienced with migrations(technology, tools, process, etc...) and modernization projects
11. Nice to have Service fabric, dockers/containers, Kubernetes and other infrastructure solutions
12. Nice to have Azure experience
