Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and design teams to manage dependencies and risks.
• Drive scoping, design, implementation, and release of complex features.
• Implement Agile practices for sprint planning and execution.
• Identify roadblocks and execute contingency plans proactively.
• Maintain clarity on decisions, milestones, and expectations.
• Mentor junior team members and foster collaboration.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, including vendors.
• Continuously improve team processes and delivery efficiency.

Mandatory Skills:

• AWS Migration & Cloud Migration experience

  (must-have).
• Strong understanding of

  and technical program management.
• Hands-on experience with

• Excellent communication skills for executive and stakeholder interactions.

Preferred Technical Background:

• Candidate

  must come from a technical background (CS/IT)
