Experience: 10 years and above

Location: Noida

• Minimum 10+ years of project management experience in software delivery projects
• Strong software development and testing background. Min 10 years of working in software projects preferably Java/Web development
• Strong knowledge of DEG/iQMS processes
• Experience in SDLC and Software engineering
• Ability to deliver software projects following all processes
• Able to take technical and managerial discussions.
• Align program strategies with organizational goals; define program scope and objectives with stakeholders.
• Establish plans and governance for successful execution, monitor performance against quality, cost, and timeline standards.
• Implement change management processes; ensure effective documentation and approval of project scope changes.
• Oversee project timelines; maintain engineering schedules for timely delivery.
• Evaluate performance metrics; conduct regular audits for compliance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; manage escalations for timely resolutions.
• Manage resource allocation for optimal performance; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare progress reports and update the stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Conducting demos, engaging with customers and sharing the progress.
