Technical Project Manager

As a Technical Project Manager at Element 8, your role will involve bridging the gap between development and project management. You will be leading and managing the technical execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Acting as the primary liaison between the development team and project stakeholders will be a key part of your responsibilities. Mentoring and guiding team members to promote technical excellence, innovation, and best practices will also be crucial. You will oversee code reviews, design discussions, and quality assurance processes, identifying and resolving technical challenges while managing risks and adapting project plans when necessary. Championing the use of AI tools and automation to improve workflows, reduce repetitive tasks, and boost efficiency will be an essential aspect of your role. Staying current with emerging technologies and AI trends, and recommending tools and strategies that drive technical and team growth are also part of the job.
