Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects within the

  U.S. Healthcare

  domain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including

  development

  ,

  QA

  ,

  DevOps

  ,

  data

  , and

  product management

  to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Manage project timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives in

  Agile/Scrum

  environments.
• Track project progress through detailed reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with

  HIPAA

  ,

  HITECH

  , and other healthcare data privacy regulations.
• Manage client communications, expectations, and escalations with a focus on proactive risk mitigation.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices in delivery management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

  in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 10+ years

  of overall IT experience, with at least

  5 years in project management

  .
• Proven experience managing projects within the

  U.S. Healthcare

  ecosystem (payer, provider, or clinical systems).
• Strong understanding of healthcare standards such as

  HL7

  ,

  FHIR

  ,

  EHR/EMR

  claims processing

• Hands-on experience with

  Agile/Scrum

  methodologies and project management tools (e.g.,
