Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data engineering, BI, analytics, and cloud migration projects.
• Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and resource plans.
• Manage budgets, risk, compliance, and project governance.
• Deliver using Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Manage cross-functional teams — Data Engineers, BI Developers, Analysts, QA.
• Provide C-suite updates, monthly/quarterly reviews, and performance reports.
• Oversee BI projects using

  Power BI

  or

  Tableau

  .
• Manage cloud platforms such as

  Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, BigQuery

  .
• Ensure data quality, security, and adherence to compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• 15+ years of total experience with

  8+ years in project/program management

• Strong experience in the Oil & Gas

  domain
• Preferred Certifications:
• PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM
• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Tableau / Power BI certifications (DA-100, PL-300, etc.)

Technical Expertise

• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
• BI Tools: Power BI, Tableau
• Data platforms: Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, BigQuery
• ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, governance, security, privacy
